Terms

Terms of service

Our full terms will be published here before ClipSent opens to customers. Until then, these are the rules they will be written around.

Only your own likeness

You may make clips only with your own Persona, or one whose owner has allowed you in ClipSent. Creating a Persona of someone else is not allowed.

Truthful clips

You’re responsible for the facts in your Knowledge and for approving what your clips say. Don’t use ClipSent to mislead, impersonate or harass anyone.

Only people who asked

Send clips only to people who asked, signed up, are your clients, or were introduced. No bought or scraped lists.

Your offers stay yours

ClipSent explains your quotes, listings and reports; it doesn’t change them. You confirm you have the rights to the photos, data and listings you add, including your client’s permission to market them.

Your messages, your sending

You send clips yourself, so you’re responsible for following the rules where you send them, including consent and unsubscribe rules for email.

Your content

Your recordings, Persona, templates, Knowledge and clips remain yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide ClipSent to you.
