How do I put this on my website? I’m not technical.
You don’t change your website. Forward your form’s emails to your ClipSent address, or click “Connect Gmail” and we set it up.
What happens when someone fills in my form?
ClipSent edits a clip about their request and asks you to approve it. Then you send it.
I don’t have a website.
Use your ClipSent form link: on a button, in your signature or your bio.
Where can requests come from?
Anything that emails you: your form, Zillow, Realtor.com, lead ads. Or connect your CRM.
Your takes and Persona
What do I record?
Short takes on your phone: an intro, a close, and the things you explain often. A few minutes in total.
What does AI me do?
It covers what you didn’t record: a talking bubble or your voice over their photos and numbers.
How does it learn how I talk?
From your takes and writing you share. Every edit you make teaches it.
Can someone else make clips of me?
No. We confirm it’s you first. Only you, and teammates you allow, can use it.
Templates and clips
What is a template?
The scenes of a clip, in your order. Each picks a speaker (real you or AI you) and a visual.
Where do the facts come from?
Their request, your Knowledge and your connected data. Missing facts, it asks you.
Will it change my quote or prices?
Never. It explains your offer exactly as you made it.
Can I edit a clip first?
Yes. Change a line, swap a scene, or approve as is.
How long is a clip?
Usually under two minutes. Ready a few minutes after you approve.
Sending and watching
Can I send clips to people who didn’t ask?
No. Every clip answers someone: they asked, signed up, are your client, or were introduced. No bought lists.
Does ClipSent email my recipients?
No. You send it, from your inbox or phone, so it comes from you.
Does the video play in the email?
In Apple Mail, yes. Elsewhere, a preview opens the clip page.
Do viewers need an account?
No. It opens on any device.
What do I see about who watched?
Opens, how far, which scenes, and clicks. Not who they are or where.

What counts as a clip?
One finished clip for one person. Drafts and re-sends are free. See pricing.
Can I change or cancel?
Any time, from Settings.
Privacy and trust
Who sees my recordings?
You. They’re under your own key, and every access is logged. See trust.
Can viewers check it’s really me?
Yes. Every clip carries a seal anyone can verify.
What if someone didn’t want my clip?
They tap “I didn’t ask for this.” We look into it, and they won’t get clips from you again.
