Our full privacy policy will be published here before ClipSent opens to customers. Until then, these are the commitments it will be written to.

What we keep about you

Your account details, your recordings and Persona, your templates and Knowledge, the clips you make and how they were watched. Your recordings are encrypted under a key of your own and every access to them is logged where you can see it.

Data you connect

Data from your tools or your MCP server is read under your own permissions, kept with the clip it was used for, and used only for your clips.

What we keep about the people you send to

The name and material you give us to make their clip, and how the clip is watched: opens, plays, how far, clicks and the kind of device. We don’t record their accounts, IP addresses or locations, and we don’t follow them across other sites.

What we never do

We don’t sell data. We don’t use your recordings or Persona for anyone but you. We don’t email your recipients.

Your control

Download everything, or delete it. Deleting your recordings destroys their key, so no copy can be read again.
